HVAC Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative

Family Man Heating & Cooling – Hoffman Estates, IL Full-Time | In-Office Position Family Man Heating & Cooling is looking for a reliable and organized HVAC Dispatcher to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in keeping our technicians scheduled, supporting customers, and helping drive company growth. Responsibilities: Answer incoming service calls and schedule appointments Dispatch and coordinate daily schedules for technicians and installers Follow up with customers after service visits Contact maintenance members to schedule annual tune-ups Register equipment warranties accurately and on time Communicate with technicians throughout the day to ensure smooth operations Maintain accurate customer records in our scheduling system (Housecall Pro) Qualifications: Previous dispatch or customer service experience preferred Strong phone and communication skills Highly organized and able to multitask Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment HVAC experience is a plus but not required We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.
