This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role where you'll be the backbone of our daily operations — connecting technicians with customers and keeping everything running smoothly. Responsibilities: Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians to residential and commercial service calls efficiently Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and field technicians Monitor technician locations, job progress, and update schedules in real time Handle inbound customer calls, address inquiries, and resolve service concerns professionally Coordinate emergency and priority HVAC service calls with urgency and accuracy Maintain accurate records of work orders, job statuses, and technician availability Communicate parts needs, delays, or scheduling changes to customers and team members Requirements: Previous dispatching, scheduling, or customer service experience required Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other home services industries preferred Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a high-volume environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with dispatching software, CRM tools, or service management platforms Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused under pressure High school diploma or equivalent required About Us: All Day Heating & Cooling Inc has been proudly serving the Palm Desert, CA community with reliable, top-quality HVAC services since 2011.
