HVAC Dispatcher - Join a Growing HVAC Team Our business is expanding, and we are looking for an organized, dependable HVAC Dispatcher to join our team as soon as possible. In this important role, you will coordinate service calls, schedule technicians, communicate with customers, and help keep daily operations running smoothly. The right person will be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and will take pride in supporting both customers and field technicians. Your work will directly help the team respond efficiently, stay organized, and deliver an excellent customer experience. What You’ll Do Schedule and coordinate HVAC service calls and technician appointments Dispatch technicians based on availability, location, skills, and customer needs Communicate clearly with customers, technicians, and internal team members Monitor daily schedules and make adjustments when priorities or emergencies change Support technicians with job details, updates, and coordination throughout the day Handle a high volume of calls while maintaining a professional and helpful tone Enter and update customer, appointment, and service information accurately Track job status and follow up as needed to help keep appointments on schedule Help resolve scheduling issues and make sound decisions under pressure Support departmental goals and help deliver excellent customer satisfaction Assist with other dispatch and administrative responsibilities as needed What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED Previous dispatching, customer service, administrative, or scheduling experience HVAC, home services, construction, or other service-industry experience is a plus Strong organization and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Comfort handling a high volume of calls and changing schedules Proficiency with computer systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office or similar tools Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to remain calm, professional, and helpful under pressure Team-oriented attitude and willingness to support customers and field technicians Preferred Experience Experience with HVAC dispatching software or field service management systems Experience coordinating mobile technicians or service routes Familiarity with appointment scheduling, customer records, or service work orders Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: Paid time off Application Question(s): How many years of experience do you have in dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or administration?
