HVAC Dispatcher

HVAC Dispatcher Atlantic Mechanical is a well‑established commercial HVAC/R contractor serving high‑visibility sites across Greater Boston — including Lolita, Mariel, Ruka, Yvonne’s, New Balance’s flagship store, Hingham Shipyard , and multiple corporate buildings. We’re adding an HVAC Dispatcher who wants more than just scheduling — someone who wants to grow into the customer‑service hub of our service department. This role starts with dispatching and coordination, and grows into customer communication, service agreement management, quoting support, and full ownership of the customer experience as we expand our BuildOps field service platform.
