HVAC Dispatch & Parts Coordinator – Coordonnateur(trice) répartition et pièces CVAC
1Clean Air1 Clean Air is a family-owned HVAC, air duct cleaning and insulation company in Gatineau. We're looking for the person who runs our service office: you keep technicians moving, make sure the right parts are on the truck, and handle all the HVAC admin in between. What you'll do - Dispatch and schedule technicians daily; handle changes, emergencies and customer calls. - Order HVAC parts and equipment from suppliers, chase backorders, handle returns and warranty claims. - Track parts inventory and match parts to jobs. - Create work orders, quotes and invoices; follow up on payments. - Keep the service software (ServiceTitan or similar) up to date. What we're looking for - 2+ years in an HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration or mechanical office as a dispatcher, service coordinator, parts counter person or similar. - Working knowledge of HVAC equipment and parts. - Bilingual French and English, spoken and written. - Comfortable with computers and quick to learn new software. - Nice to have: ServiceTitan or ServiceMonster, supplier relationships in the Outaouais/Ottawa area, WHMIS. --- 1 Clean Air est une entreprise familiale de CVAC, nettoyage de conduits d'air et isolation à Gatineau. Vos tâches - Répartir et planifier les techniciens chaque jour; gérer les changements, urgences et appels clients. - Commander les pièces et équipements CVAC auprès des fournisseurs, suivre les commandes en souffrance, gérer les retours et réclamations de garantie. - Suivre l'inventaire de pièces et les associer aux travaux. - Préparer bons de travail, soumissions et factures; faire le suivi des paiements. - Tenir à jour le logiciel de service (ServiceTitan ou similaire). Profil recherché - 2 ans et plus dans un bureau CVAC, plomberie, réfrigération ou mécanique comme répartiteur(trice), coordonnateur(trice) de service, commis aux pièces ou similaire. - Connaissance pratique des équipements et pièces CVAC. - Bilingue français et anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit. - À l'aise avec l'informatique et capable d'apprendre rapidement de nouveaux logiciels. - Atouts : ServiceTitan ou ServiceMonster, contacts fournisseurs en Outaouais/Ottawa, SIMDUT.
