CRYSTAL HEATING AND COOLINGHVAC Dispatch Coordinator Crystal Heating and Cooling Full-Time | HVAC Service Operations Pay: $21.00-$28.00 per hour, based on experience Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM, with flexibility during peak seasons Be the Connection Between Our Customers and Field Team Crystal Heating and Cooling is hiring an HVAC Dispatch Coordinator to help organize daily service calls, coordinate technician schedules, and keep communication flowing between our customers, office staff, and field team. This role requires someone who can look at the entire service schedule, determine where technicians need to be, and make adjustments throughout the day as priorities change. You'll coordinate calls based on technician availability, location, and skill set while helping minimize downtime and keep customers informed. Dispatcher Why Join Crystal Heating and Cooling? $21.00-$28.00 per hour , based on experience Full-time, year-round employment Monday-Friday schedule Established HVAC service company Collaborative office and field teams Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Long-term career potential in service operations What You'll Be Responsible For Coordinate daily HVAC service and maintenance appointments Assign technicians based on location, availability, and experience Monitor the dispatch board and technician progress throughout the day Reorganize schedules when appointments, emergencies, or priorities change Help plan efficient routes and reduce unnecessary technician downtime Provide technicians with job information and real-time updates Coordinate closely with customer service representatives on appointment scheduling Communicate schedule changes and service updates clearly Handle delays, conflicts, and urgent service requests professionally Keep technician status, job information, and schedule changes accurately documented Help the service department stay organized during high-volume periods The dispatcher is also responsible for communicating priorities across the team and supporting customer satisfaction through timely, organized service coordination.
