HVAC Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Dispatcher Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Experience: 3–5 Years Preferred Pay: Competitive, Based on Experience Job Description We are a growing HVAC company seeking an experienced, organized, and motivated CSR / Dispatcher who can multitask, think on their feet, and take initiative without constant supervision. We're looking for more than someone who answers phones and schedules appointments. We need a proactive problem solver who can keep the dispatch board moving, provide excellent customer service, and assist with daily office operations. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service. Actively manage and adjust the dispatch board to maximize technician productivity. Schedule, confirm, and reschedule service appointments as needed. Proactively fill scheduling gaps and coordinate technician availability. Make outbound calls for customer follow-ups and accounts receivable collections. Communicate effectively with technicians, customers, and management. Assist with administrative tasks and daily office operations. Anticipate problems, prioritize tasks, and resolve scheduling conflicts independently. Qualifications 3–5 years of HVAC or home service CSR/dispatch experience preferred. ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Calm, collected, and professional under pressure. Confident making outbound calls, including collections. Self-starter who takes initiative and works independently. Dependable, detail-oriented, and accountable. What We're Looking For Someone who thinks ahead, takes ownership, and gets things done without having to be asked. You should be comfortable handling a busy office, making decisions on the fly, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. What We Offer Full-time, year-round employment.
