Job Description for Human Resources Specialist DestiNATION Transport, LLC is a Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Brokerage & Transportation Consultant. Specializing in Full Truckload (FTL) and Less-Than Truckload shipping and logistics consulting, our sole mission is to provide our customers with the best 3PL shipping experience possible. Extraordinary customer service, communication and honesty are the three pillars on which we have established our company’s foundation upon. DestiNATION Transport has been a steadily growing company in the last 9 years, and our need has increased within our Human Resources Department. We are looking to bring on a self-starting, organized and “passionate for details” individual to join our HR team. This person would report directly to the Director of HR and Recruiting. Primary Responsibilities: The HR Specialist serves as administrative support for several critical human resources functions and workforce management, including health and safety, benefits, training, diversity, employee engagement, leave and attendance tracking, and employee records. Daily Duties Handle new hire onboarding duties. Meet with new employees to sign up for benefits, including health insurance and retirement Liaison for all vendors related to benefits. Partner with Director of HR and Recruiting for projects, events and annual trainings Qualifications: 2-5 years of Prior experience in related field Proficient with all aspects of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail High sense of discretion and integrity Recruiting experience preferred, but not required Pay Range: $55,000.00 - $60,0000.00 annual salary.
