Duties and Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day HR administrative activities and projects. Support recruiting, interviewing, and new-hire onboarding activities. Maintain and organize employee records and HRIS information. Assist with attendance, timekeeping, and payroll-related processes. Support employee benefits, open enrollment, and leave administration. Prepare HR documents, reports, spreadsheets, and employee communications. Assist with training, employee engagement, and HR projects. Support performance management and employee relations documentation under HR direction. Assist with HR compliance and recordkeeping activities. Gain exposure to workplace safety and HR practices within a warehouse/distribution environment. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. What You’ll Learn This internship is designed to provide practical exposure to the employee lifecycle, including: Recruiting and talent acquisition Onboarding and employee orientation HRIS and personnel records Benefits and leave administration Attendance and timekeeping Payroll support Employee relations and performance management HR compliance and documentation Employee engagement and communication HR reporting and analytics Workplace safety and operational HR Professional HR practices and confidentiality Qualifications Sophomore-Senior, currently enrolled in a college or university program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field. Strong organizational and communication skills. Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality. Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. Previous administrative experience is a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
