Home Sleep Testing (HST) Coordinator Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Simi Valley, CA Pay: $20-$22 per hour Help Patients Get the Answers They Need for Better Sleep Pivotal Health is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Home Sleep Testing (HST) Coordinator to join our growing team in Simi Valley, California. In this role, you will support the home sleep testing process by preparing, shipping, tracking, and processing testing devices used by patients nationwide. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a combination of healthcare operations, logistics, inventory management, and technology while making a direct impact on patient care. What You'll Do Sleep Testing Operations Prepare and program home sleep testing devices according to physician orders Ship testing equipment directly to patients Receive and inspect returned sleep testing devices Review studies to confirm sufficient data was recorded Upload sleep study data into the company's system for physician review Clean, sanitize, and prepare equipment for future patient use Inventory & Logistics Package and ship home sleep testing devices and supplies Track and maintain inventory of testing equipment and materials Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management Support efficient device turnaround to ensure timely patient testing Compliance & Quality Maintain compliance with HIPAA and patient privacy standards Follow company policies, procedures, and quality assurance requirements Participate in training, quality improvement initiatives, and team meetings Support accreditation, compliance, and inspection activities as needed Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Required Qualifications Strong computer skills, including internet navigation and data entry Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities Dependable, professional, and team-oriented mindset Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare, patient services, medical office administration, logistics, shipping/receiving, or inventory management Familiarity with HIPAA regulations Experience handling medical equipment or healthcare-related products Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and sit throughout the workday Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 40 pounds Ability to safely package and ship medical equipment Ability to perform repetitive computer and equipment-related tasks Ability to use close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and adjust focus as needed Benefits Full-time position with benefits eligibility Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends Stable and growing healthcare organization Collaborative and supportive team environment Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient health and wellness Position: Home Sleep Testing (HST) Coordinator Location: Simi Valley, CA Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay Range: $20-$22 per hour Employment Type: Full-Time Reasonable Accommodation Pivotal Health is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities throughout the application and employment process.
