Job Summary
This role calls for a highly engaged, handsâon HR leader who thrives in dayâtoâday operations while propelling strategic HR initiatives forward. As the Human Resources Operations Manager, you will champion and elevate HR processes across the organization to build a compliant, efficient, and wellâsupported workforce. You will drive core HR operations, strengthen culture and engagement, and collaborate closely with leadership to ensure HR strategy directly supports exceptional, patientâcentered care.
Essential Functions
- Lead and develop a team of HR professionals.
- Oversee daily HR operations across departments (clinical and non-clinical staff)
- Oversee strategic retention planning for essential and highâturnover roles
- Guide engagement initiatives that strengthen organizational culture
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, labor laws, and accreditation standards
- Partner with Benefits and HRIS team members to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and data integrity
- Lead employee relations, including conflict resolution, coaching, and investigations.
- Lead policy development, revisions, and recommendations
- Support workforce planning, staffing models, and scheduling optimization
- Collaborate with the Executive Director of People & Culture to align HR strategy with patient care priorities.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to understand talent pipelines and external partnerships
- Lead action planning with department leaders to advance culture and engagement initiatives.

Physical Demands
Exerts up to 20 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 lbs. of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. Physical demands are in excess of those of Sedentary work. Light work usually requires walking or standing to a significant degree. Worker is exposed to extensive computer work.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field required or equivalent experience.
-3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
Preferred Education and Experience
-Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, or related discipline) preferred
-HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRMâCP, SHRMâSCP) strongly preferred
