Pay Rate:  $74,000.00-$92,000.00 Annually 
Pay rate is dependent upon education & experience. 

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR professional to join our team as an HR Operations & Benefits Analyst. This role is responsible for HR operational support, benefits administration, and leave management to ensure compliance, accuracy, and exceptional employee experience.

 

Essential Functions:

  •  Maintain and update HCM systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  •  Build HR reports (headcount, turnover, compensation, etc.).
  •  Support HR process improvements and automation initiatives.
  •  Collaborate with payroll to ensure seamless operations.
  •  Provide troubleshooting and technical support for HR systems.
  •  Administer benefits programs including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
  •  Serve as the primary point of contact with vendors for issue resolution.
  •  Coordinate and set up annual open enrollment and ACA compliance requirements.
  •  Partner with brokers and third-party administrators to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance and alignment with plan documents and policies.
  •  Prepare and maintain benefits related documentation and reports.
  •  Administer leave programs including FMLA, ADA, short- and long-term disability, state leave programs, and other leave types.
  •  Communicate with employees, managers, and third-party vendors regarding leave status and requirements.
  •  Maintain accurate leave records in HR systems.
  •  Provide guidance on leave policies and procedures.
  •  Assist with audits and reporting related to leave management.
  •  Other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities: none

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR operations and/or leave administration.
  • 2+ years of HRIS administration experience.
  • 2+ years of Benefits experience.
  • Knowledge of HR systems, FMLA, ADA, and other leave-related regulations.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft products.
  • Experience with UKG preferred.
