HR Manager – International Logistics Company: American New Logistics Service (ANL) Location: 6A Fitzgerald Ave, Monroe Township, NJ 08831 Job Type: Full-Time | On-site Salary: Starting at $70,000 per year (Based on Experience) Job Description American New Logistics Service (ANL) is seeking an experienced and results-driven HR Manager to join our New Jersey office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international logistics, excellent recruiting and communication skills, and the ability to support business growth alongside our General Manager. Key Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruitment for warehouse, logistics, operations, and management positions. Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and HR regulations. Manage employee relations, performance management, and HR policies. Partner closely with the General Manager to support business expansion, workforce planning, and operational efficiency. Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified talent. Handle employee issues, workplace investigations, and HR compliance matters. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of HR experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industries (Required). Strong recruiting experience and proven hiring results. Solid knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR compliance. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate with senior management. Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a strong plus. Compensation & Benefits Annual Salary: $70,000+ , depending on qualifications and experience.
