HR Assoc. Project Manager II - Temp LOA Coverage (Remote)

The Associate HR Project Manager II (AHRPM-II) takes on a more advanced role by leading smaller projects or specific components of larger projects. This position involves developing detailed project plans, allocating resources, and monitoring project performance. The AHRPM-II is responsible for managing project risks and issues, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. This role also includes supporting project managers on larger initiatives and providing comprehensive project reports to management. Duties and Responsibilities Support HR Project Managers: Provide assistance and support to project managers on larger-scale initiatives. Monitor and report on project performance: Track progress, performance metrics, and report to management. Develop detailed project plans: Create comprehensive plans outlining project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Lead smaller projects or project components: Take responsibility for managing specific parts of larger projects. Ensure compliance with standards: Maintain quality assurance and ensure projects adhere to relevant standards and regulations. Communication with stakeholders and project teams: Provide clear communication and updates to the project team and stakeholders. Scope Staff supervision and development: No Decision making: Provides data for decision support; Provides recommendations to department leaders Travel: Up to 10% Flex Designation: Anywhere The anticipated range for this position is $ 27.98 - $42.02 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. Associates can accrue paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law. The Company observes 100 hours of paid holiday time. Requirements Education and Experience Education Requirements A Bachelor’s Degree is required, preferably in Business, Project Management, or a related field. Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification preferred. Years of Experience A minimum of 5 years of project management experience is required, with a preference for experience in Corporate Human Resources and/or Supply Chain. Experience in process improvement, policy creation, IT implementation, and/or financial analysis is a plus. Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project. Excellent time management, planning, and multitasking skills. Strong follow-up skills and ability to meet deadlines. Personable and collaborative team member, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong interpersonal skills for maintaining effective relationships. Physical Requirements Corporate - Remote - General office environment requiring ability to: Stand, walk, sit for extended periods of time . Speak and listen to others in person and over the phone and video conferencing. Use keyboard and read from computer screen and reports. The ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
