Four Seasons Produce, Inc.Job Requirements The HPP Logistics Specialist supports the day-to-day administration, coordination, and execution of High Pressure Processing (HPP) customer programs. Reporting to the HPP Account Manager, this role helps ensure customer requirements are accurately communicated, documented, and executed across Operations, Quality, Planning, Warehouse, and other internal teams. The HPP Logistics Specialist is responsible for maintaining product and customer information, supporting new SKU and customer setup, tracking production requirements, preparing operational documentation, monitoring performance, and resolving routine issues. THE BASICS: Schedule: Variable 5-day work schedule including days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Must be available for on-call shifts, with shifts up to 10 hours Location: Ephrata, PA WHAT YOU DO: Customer & Account Support Support the HPP Account Manager with daily customer account activities. Assist with customer communication, order requirements, production changes, and follow-up items. Maintain accurate customer specifications, processing requirements, and account documentation. Track customer requests and ensure action items are communicated to the appropriate internal teams. Assist with customer meetings, performance reviews, and account updates as needed. Escalate service, inventory, quality, or production concerns to the HPP Account Manager. New Customer & SKU Setup Assist with onboarding new HPP customers, products, and SKUs. Collect and maintain product setup information. Coordinate product setup requirements with internal departments. Maintain customer-specific implementation checklists. Support customer trials, sample runs, and initial production launches. Verify that required documentation and setup are complete prior to go-live. Production & Operational Coordination Support daily HPP production planning and customer scheduling. Review expected production volumes and customer requirements. Help identify potential production delays, capacity concerns, or scheduling conflicts. Track special handling, packaging, labeling, or processing requirements. Data & Reporting Maintain accurate HPP tracking files and operational reports. Assist in preparing weekly and monthly customer performance reports. Monitor trends and identify discrepancies requiring investigation. Support billing validation by confirming processing volumes and applicable services. Assist with reconciliation of customer, production, and inventory data. Process Documentation Create and maintain customer-specific SOPs and work instructions. Update process documentation when customer or operational requirements change. Maintain accurate records of customer specifications and business rules. Help standardize HPP processes across customer programs. Support training materials for new products and processes. Inventory & Quality Support Assist with researching inventory discrepancies and product-status questions. Coordinate with Quality regarding holds, rejected product, shelf-life concerns, or customer-specific requirements. Ensure customer instructions related to lot control, expiration dates, and product identification are documented accurately. Support traceability and documentation requirements when needed. Continuous Improvement Identify recurring operational or administrative issues and recommend improvements. Assist with projects focused on improving HPP flow, packing, labor efficiency, data accuracy, and customer service. Support implementation of process improvements developed by Operations or the HPP Account Manager. WHAT YOU BRING: 2+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, food production, customer service, supply chain, or a related field preferred. Experience in food manufacturing, cold-chain operations, HPP, or warehousing is a plus. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. E…
