Position Overview & Responsibilities
As a Division Supply Chain Coordinator, you manage the real-time scheduling and tracking of store delivery routes and inbound supplier freight. Operating transportation management software (TMS), you build efficient truck routes, coordinate supplier dock appointments, monitor delivery status dashboards, and resolve transit delays promptly. You serve as a central communication link between suppliers, transport dispatchers, and store managers. This position is 100% physical and strictly requires full on-site presence at the distribution facility office (no remote capability).
Qualifications & Benefits
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred. Requires 1 to 2 years of experience in logistics coordination, freight dispatching, or supply chain administration, along with strong TMS and Excel skills.
