Platinum Transport Enterprise LLC is a growing transportation company looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our team and develop into a Truck Lead. We're not simply looking for someone to drive a truck. Previous hotshot trucking experience is a plus, but it's not required. We're willing to invest in the right person. The Opportunity You'll begin working alongside an experienced driver who will provide hands-on training in operating our Ram 3500 and 40-foot gooseneck trailer, safely transporting freight, and managing day-to-day trucking operations. Our goal is to develop the right candidate into a qualified Truck Lead within approximately 2–4 weeks, depending on experience, demonstrated ability, and safety performance. Once qualified and approved for promotion, you'll take responsibility for daily truck operations and eventually help train a Driver Apprentice who will work alongside you. Compensation & Advancement - Starting training compensation of $600–$800 per working week, depending on experience. - Initial Truck Lead compensation of $1,200 per working week upon qualification and promotion. - Opportunity for increased earnings as the company grows - Long-term career development into driver leadership and fleet management positions. Schedule & Accommodations This is an over-the-road position requiring extended travel throughout the United States. - Five weeks on the road, followed by one unpaid week at home. - Company-provided sleeper accommodations during active trips. - Company-paid hotel rooms during FMCSA required reset. - Company-paid meals and showers while traveling. - Company-provided truck, trailer, fuel, and maintenance. - Driving schedules operated in accordance with applicable DOT regulations. What We're Looking For - A dependable, hardworking individual with a strong sense of personal responsibility. - A valid driver's license - Ability to meet applicable DOT driver qualification requirements. - Ability to pass required drug screening and background checks. - Ability to meet company insurance eligibility requirements via clean MVR. - Willingness to travel extensively and work closely with another driver. - Strong communication skills, coachability, and attention to safety. - Interest in developing into a leadership position. Experience towing trailers, operating commercial vehicles, or working in transportation is preferred but not required. Why Platinum?
