We are looking for professional operators with their own equipment who are ready to work with our team and haul freight across multiple markets. Equipment Requirements Pickup truck suitable for commercial hotshot operations 40-foot gooseneck trailer CDL and eligible non-CDL operators are welcome, subject to applicable licensing and vehicle-weight requirements Minimum 1 years of verifiable driving experience Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record Ability to meet applicable safety, insurance, and operating requirements What We Offer Access to company MC and DOT authority, subject to approval and a signed agreement Cargo and general liability coverage, subject to policy terms and eligibility OTR and regional freight opportunities Dispatch support and load-booking assistance Potential weekly gross revenue of approximately $6,500–$7,500, depending on freight availability, miles, and market conditions How to Apply If you own a suitable hotshot setup and have at least two years of verifiable driving experience, apply through Indeed.
