We help eligible owner-operators get connected with freight opportunities, manage load bookings, negotiate competitive rates, and receive ongoing operational support. Whether you operate a CDL or Non-CDL hotshot setup, we welcome you to contact our team to discuss equipment eligibility, operating requirements, and available programs. MC Lease Program Lease-on opportunities under our company's motor carrier authority, subject to approval and applicable requirements. Assistance with carrier onboarding and required documentation. Review of insurance requirements and equipment eligibility. Clear written terms covering percentages, deductions, responsibilities, and payment arrangements. Support from our team throughout the onboarding process. 2. Premium Dispatch Services Load searching and booking assistance. Rate negotiation with freight brokers. Dedicated dispatch and broker communication. Pickup and delivery coordination. Route and lane planning based on your location and preferences. Rate confirmation, BOL, POD, and other paperwork assistance. Shipment tracking support and broker updates. Invoice documentation and payment follow-up assistance. Equipment Requirements We are looking for owner-operators operating: 30 ft Hotshot Trucks and Trailers 35 ft Hotshot Trucks and Trailers 40 ft Hotshot Trucks and Trailers CDL and Non-CDL setups, where legally permitted and eligible. Your equipment must meet applicable vehicle, weight, registration, insurance, and freight requirements. Eligibility will be reviewed during onboarding. Required Documents for Setup Interested owner-operators should be prepared to provide the applicable documents below. Valid driver's license and CDL, if required. Current medical card, where applicable. Truck and trailer pictures. Truck registration and license plate information. Insurance documents and Certificate of Insurance (COI). MC Authority Letter and USDOT information, where applicable. Completed W-9 Form. Notice of Assignment (NOA), if using a factoring company. Business contact information and preferred operating lanes. Any additional documents required for carrier onboarding and compliance. For owner-operators joining under our MC Lease Program, the required documentation will be confirmed during the onboarding process. Dispatch Agreement and Cancellation Policy Before dispatch services begin, owner-operators must review and sign the applicable written agreement. The agreement will explain the dispatch services or lease-on arrangement, agreed percentages and fees, payment terms, insurance responsibilities, and other applicable conditions. Cancellation Notice: For dispatch services, a minimum of 7 calendar days' written notice is required to cancel, subject to the signed agreement. Any outstanding obligations and loads already booked will be handled according to the agreement and applicable requirements.
