Hotshot Owner Operator (Pickup Truck + Gooseneck Required) – No Box Trucks / No Vans

Job Description Adams Freight & Logistics is hiring Hotshot Owner-Operators running pickup trucks with gooseneck trailers for consistent regional freight. This position is strictly for hotshot drivers with a pickup truck and gooseneck trailer. Box trucks, cargo vans, and sprinter vans are NOT accepted. Applicants without the required equipment will not be considered. Equipment Requirements (NON-NEGOTIABLE) You must currently own and operate: ¾-ton or 1-ton pickup truck (2015 or newer) Gooseneck trailer (preferred for most loads) Securement equipment: Chains & binders (CDL: 4 / Non-CDL: 2 minimum) 3” straps (1 per 4 ft of trailer) Minimum 2 tarps (6 ft drop) We do NOT dispatch: Box trucks Cargo vans Sprinter vans Straight trucks Driver Requirements Non-CDL: Combined GVWR under 26,000 lbs CDL: Valid CDL Apportioned plates (IRP) Clearinghouse (full query required) Drug test required Compensation 75/25 split (driver receives 75%) Fast pay: 24–72 hours after delivery Direct deposit via ADP Operations Dedicated dispatcher (1:1 support) No forced dispatch Driver sets schedule Regional lanes (Central & Eastern U.S.) No west coast freight (no runs west of the Rockies) Who This Is For Owner-operators already equipped and ready to run Drivers familiar with hotshot freight Operators focused on compliance, uptime, and professionalism How to Apply Submit your application through Indeed.
