Hotshot Non CDL Driver

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and energetic Hotshot Non CDL Driver to join our dynamic delivery team! In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting general freight, ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining excellent customer service. Responsibilities Safely operate a truck with 30-40 foot trailer to deliver goods across designated routes, adhering strictly to traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards. Manage delivery schedules efficiently, ensuring on-time arrivals and pickups at multiple customer locations. Communicate professionally with customers during deliveries, providing excellent customer service and addressing any questions or concerns. Conduct routine vehicle inspections, report maintenance needs, and ensure compliance with all safety protocols. Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and digital records using mobile devices or delivery apps. Experience Proven experience as a delivery driver, courier, or van driver demonstrating safe driving habits and route management skills. Hands-on experience with commercial driving, including operating a truck with a trailer. Ability to secure loads with straps and chains. Familiarity with DOT regulations related to weight handling and commercial vehicle operation is advantageous. Strong customer service skills combined with the ability to navigate routes efficiently using mobile devices or GPS systems.
