Overview Join our team as an Oil and Gas Hotshot Driver with a CDL Class A License! This high-energy role is perfect for motivated drivers who thrive on delivering freight efficiently and safely across diverse routes. As a key player in our logistics department, you'll be responsible for transporting freight via 5500/3500 trucks and gooseneck trailers, ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to all safety and DOT regulatory standards. Your expertise in driving, load handling, securement, and route navigation will keep our operations running smoothly and our customers satisfied. Responsibilities Safely operate 5500 or 3500 trucks and gooseneck trailers following all FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards Navigate routes using GPS navigation systems and or Haul Routes to Oil and Gas locations to ensure timely deliveries. Load, secure, and unload freight with proper manual handling techniques, ensuring cargo safety and compliance. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of trucks to identify maintenance needs or safety issues Load and unload cargo efficiently while adhering to truck loading/unloading protocols Maintain accurate delivery logs, shipment documentation, and compliance records in line with logistics cargo handling standards and complete digital BOL's. Qualifications Valid CDL Class A License with a clean driving record Proven experience in commercial truck driving, including delivery driving and route driving in the oil and gas industry. Proficiency in GPS navigation systems for route planning and real-time adjustments Knowledge of FMCSA regulations, DOT regulations. Ability to manually handle freight safely during loading/unloading processes Experience with manual transmission trucks is preferred but not required; training can be provided for the right candidate Embark on an exciting career as a Hotshot Driver where your skills will keep equipment, pipe, parts and supplies moving efficiently across the Tri-State!
