We’re seeking a dynamic Hotshot Driver to join our team and keep things moving smoothly! In this fast-paced role, you’ll be responsible for transporting goods efficiently and safely, ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to all traffic and safety regulations. This Position can be all 4 weeks of the month or unless company meets their goal you’ll have rest of the month off! Responsibilities Safely operate a pickup truck and 40 ft gooseneck trailer Load and unload cargo using manual handling techniques, pallet jacks, or material handling equipment while following safe lifting practices. Adhere strictly to DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and traffic laws during all route driving activities. Manage delivery documentation accurately using mobile devices or other digital tools. Communicate effectively with clients upon delivery, providing excellent customer service and addressing any questions or concerns professionally. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine safety checks to ensure optimal operation. Assist with warehouse operations when needed, including moving goods within the facility and operating material handling equipment. Be willing to driver anywhere dispatch will take you Skills Proven experience in commercial driving, delivery driving, or courier roles with a focus on safe transportation practices. Strong knowledge of route planning, traffic regulations, weight handling in the workplace, and heavy lifting techniques. Ability to operate mobile devices for route navigation, delivery updates, and record keeping efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude during interactions with clients.
