Experience in hot shot industry is a plus, along with strong skills in Microsoft Outlook. Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison between clients, carriers, and internal teams to coordinate hot shot deliveries and expedite freight shipments. Manage transportation planning, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries while adhering to safety standards and trade compliance regulations. Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) and Dispatch Science software to track shipments, update statuses, and maintain accurate data entry records. Negotiate with clients to optimize freight solutions, pricing, and contract terms, fostering strong business relationships. Oversee shipping logistics for various modes including air freight, ocean freight and freight forwarding logistics operations. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating proactively with clients regarding shipment status, delays, or issues. Collaborate with sales teams on logistics sales opportunities, account management, and client communication strategies to grow business. Manage customer support interactions via phone and email. Qualifications Demonstrated ability in customer relationship management (CRM), inside sales, and negotiation skills to secure favorable contracts. Familiarity with freight procedures and vehicle types. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for communication purposes. Excellent customer service skills combined with effective communication abilities for client relationship management.
