• Driving Record: A clean driving record and the ability to meet all standard company driver qualification requirements.
• Equipment Experience: Ability to safely operate motor vehicles and/or forklifts.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with (or ability to quickly learn) tablets, scanners, and electronic inventory systems.
• Physical Capability: Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs without assistance, and occasionally up to 75 lbs. Comfort with standard warehouse physical demands (lifting, standing, walking, bending).
• Core Skills: Basic reading, writing, and math skills; attention to detail; and a high level of integrity.
Work Environment & Safety Safety comes first. You will be provided with required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to protect you on the road and in the warehouse environment around standard machinery and battery chemicals.

Responsibilities
As a Hot Shot Driver, you are the face of our company on the road and an essential part of our warehouse team.
• On the Road: Deliver batteries directly to dealers and customers safely, professionally, and on schedule. Step in to assist Route Managers and handle priority "hot shot" runs when needed.
• In the Warehouse: Load and unload shipments, organize stock, and ensure all batteries are charged, cleaned, dated, and properly wrapped after rotation.
• Customer Service: Assist walk-in customers at the front counter with a friendly attitude, answer questions, and solve quick problems.
• Operations & Safety: Operate electronic inventory tools (tablets, scanners) to process orders, accurately complete reports and claims, and follow all Environmental Health and Safety guidelines.
