Hot Shot Delivery Driver – Automotive Industry Location: Calgary, AB Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Pay: $30–$34/hour, depending on experience, plus KPI bonuses The Opportunity An established automotive business is seeking a reliable, experienced Hot Shot Delivery Driver to join its team. This role involves primarily local deliveries throughout Calgary, with some out-of-town driving, serving an established customer base. This is a physically demanding, hands-on position requiring regular lifting, loading, unloading, and safe operation of an HD truck pulling a gooseneck trailer. Key Responsibilities Deliver automotive products safely and on time to established customers. Operate and manoeuvre a truck and long gooseneck trailer. Load, unload, secure, and handle products. Maintain delivery records and complete vehicle inspections. Provide professional customer service. Meet delivery schedules and established KPI targets. Qualifications Previous delivery, hot shot, or commercial driving experience. Experience towing and manoeuvring a long trailer is an asset. Appropriate driver's licence for the vehicle and trailer combination. Physically capable of repetitive lifting, loading, and unloading. Reliable, punctual, safety-conscious, and customer-focused. Automotive industry experience is an asset. What We Offer $30–$34 per hour, based on experience. KPI performance bonus program. Full-time, permanent employment.
