Host/ Food Delivery Driver

Job Summary As a Host/Food Delivery Driver, you’ll create a welcoming first impression while helping guests enjoy smooth, attentive service. You’ll manage reservations and table flow, communicate clearly with guests and restaurant staff, and deliver food safely when needed. Your impact: By coordinating seating and timely deliveries, you help guests feel cared for and keep service moving for the team. Responsibilities Welcome guests, manage reservations, and coordinate seating using restaurant table management systems. Answer guest questions and handle calls with professional phone etiquette. Support guest relations and customer service throughout the dining experience. Deliver food promptly and safely, following food safety practices and restaurant procedures. Use point-of-sale (POS) systems to support service and complete basic transactions; keep work areas and service details organized. Experience Host/hostess, food service, or restaurant experience is helpful; hospitality and guest services experience are valued. Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills, with confidence speaking with guests by phone and in person. Basic math skills and the ability to manage reservations and table flow accurately. Familiarity with restaurant table management systems and POS platforms is preferred. Aloha POS or Micros POS experience is a plus. Food safety knowledge is beneficial; follow applicable handling and delivery procedures. Pay: $12.77 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 – 25.0 per week Work Location: In person
