Hospitality Operations Support Specialist - Food Delivery Driver

Position Description: The Food Delivery Driver supports Applied Medical's hospitality operations team by setting up, delivering, and cleaning up catered events across the campus. This role also known as a hospitality operations support driver or catering delivery driver keeps meeting spaces stocked and organized, supports kitchen inventory and documentation, and helps run daily catering, family dinner, and café operations. The Food Delivery Driver works closely with the hospitality team to deliver a smooth, professional experience for every event. Key Responsibilities Sets up, delivers, and cleans up catered events across Applied Medical's campus. Organizes catering deliveries, including boxing and labeling lunches and grouping deliveries with drinks, signage, and utensils. Maintains clean, fully stocked meeting areas and communicates daily tasks clearly with team members. Supports weekly ordering and inventory, and maintains daily kitchen logs and checklists. Assists the Hospitality Steward with cleanup tasks and submits work order requests as needed. Supports packaging and assembly of family dinner components and assists with process documentation and equipment inventory management. Picks up and organizes vendor deliveries and transports products between kitchen locations. Supports catering, family dinner, and café operations as needed and proactively communicates concerns to management. Success in This Role Looks Like Delivers catered events accurately, on time, and professionally set up. Keeps kitchen and meeting spaces clean, organized, and fully stocked. Communicates clearly and proactively with team members and management. Manages inventory, ordering, and documentation with consistency and accuracy. Represents Applied Medical's hospitality team with a positive, customer service focused approach. Position Requirements: This Position Requires the Following Skills and Attributes Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Multitasks effectively across catering, family dinner, and café operations. Works cross-functionally with all teams. Maintains a high professional standard and leads other team members by example. Works autonomously as a self-starter while taking direction as needed. Holds a valid driver's license with a good driving record and is comfortable operating a large company vehicle. Wears business casual, professional attire suitable for a kitchen environment. Demonstrates a positive, can-do attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills.
