Hospitality Delivery Driver

Duties Safely operate various delivery vehicles, including box trucks, vans, ensuring adherence to all traffic laws and DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations Load, unload, and secure deliveries using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or hand trucks Plan efficient delivery routes using mobile devices or route management software to optimize time and fuel consumption Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers professionally, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction upon delivery Conduct safety checks on vehicles before departures and after returns; report any vehicle issues promptly Follow safe lifting practices when handling heavy or bulky items to prevent injuries Maintain accurate delivery logs, documentation, and digital records of all transactions and deliveries Qualifications Proven experience in delivery driving or courier services; warehouse experience is a plus Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial truck driving or van driver experience preferred Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles and use material handling equipment such as pallet jacks Knowledge of warehouse operations, including moving goods and manual handling procedures Strong understanding of traffic regulations, DOT compliance, and safety standards for weight handling in the workplace Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude and clear communication abilities Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling tasks, and prolonged periods of driving or standing Comfortable using mobile devices for route navigation and communication Join us as a Hospitality Delivery Driver to be an essential part of our team that values safety, efficiency, and outstanding service.
