Hooklift Roll-Off Driver – Class B CDL – $25–$30/hr – Home Daily

You don't have to share our faith to work here, but you do have to be comfortable working for someone who leads with it. We're adding a full-time hooklift driver. You'll work directly with the owner, not a dispatcher in another state. WHAT THE JOB IS • Deliver, swap, and pull roll-off dumpsters around Tampa Bay (Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas) • Operate a late-model hooklift roll-off truck, and keep it looking like it just came off the lot • Run loads to local disposal facilities and transfer stations • Pre-trip and post-trip inspections, log kept straight, no shortcuts • Tarp and secure every load, set cans exactly where the customer wants them without tearing up driveways • Represent DDS at every job site: clean uniform, clean truck, polite with the customer, on time WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU • Class B CDL (Class A fine), air brake endorsement, no restrictions that block a hooklift truck • Current DOT medical card • 1+ year roll-off or hooklift experience • Clean MVR for the last 3 years, clear FMCSA Clearinghouse, able to pass a DOT drug test • Comfortable backing into tight residential driveways and construction sites • Able to lift 50 lbs and work outside in Florida heat • Integrity. Show up on time, do what you say, treat the customer's property like your own. SCHEDULE AND PAY • Monday–Friday, start 6:00 AM, done when the route is done (typically 45–50 hrs/week) • Occasional Saturday • $25–$30/hr, overtime after 40 • Paid holidays, 90-day review with a raise for the right person • $500 referral bonus if you bring us another good driver HOW TO APPLY Apply here, or call/text Tim at (813) 927-0506 with your name and CDL class.
