Home Staging & Project Coordinator – Hands-On Operations

We provide high-quality, customized furniture and interior styling solutions to enhance property presentation, maximize visual appeal, and create beautifully furnished spaces. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a Home Staging & Project Coordinator to support staging installations, on-site team coordination, furniture sourcing, project preparation, and daily business operations. Responsibilities Home Staging Installation & On-Site Coordination, Actively participate in furniture moving, assembly, placement, styling, and staging installations/removals. On-Site Coordination Coordinate installation teams, assign tasks, manage schedules, and ensure staging quality. Project Coordination & Daily Operations Communicate with designers, clients, and vendors; prepare project documents and assist with daily operations. Furniture Sourcing, Purchasing & Inventory Coordination Assist with furniture selection, purchasing, warehouse preparation, and inventory management. Marketing & Content Support Coordinate with social media and marketing partners on content for platforms Qualifications Previous hands-on Home Staging experience strongly preferred. Good sense of interior styling and furniture arrangement. Ability to coordinate teams and work independently. No interior design degree or professional design software experience required. Compensation & Benefits $23–$32/hour, based on experience. Project performance bonuses. Business travel reimbursement. Paid sick leave and PTO according to company policy and applicable law.
