Home Staging Mover & Warehouse Associate

Overview Ready for a change from moving client's heavy armoires and mattresses? Make the switch to home staging ! Our moves are a little different with lighter loads, well-organized installations, quality furnishings, variety in your workday, and a fun team that makes work enjoyable. For the first time, we are looking to hire our own moving staff instead of hiring third-party. Be the first to join our team starting January 1st, 2027 and APPLY TODAY ! Base Pay: $23 - $30/hr (based on experience) + Our Benefits (see below) Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 or 9am to 5pm (no nights or weekends); 30-40 hours per week (depending on the season) Location: Five Star Stagings (14130 23rd Ave N, Plymouth, MN 55447) Duties Load, unload, move, and stage furniture using safe handling practices for both staging installations and staging removals Carefully and strategically pack furniture and other belongings into the company trailer or moving truck Use padding and furniture wrap to properly protect staging items Pull outgoing furniture and restock returning furniture from warehouse pallet racking Inventory management by keeping work areas organized Maintain an organized warehouse through proper inventory management and organization of furniture, accessories, and work areas Greet customers and provide excellent customer service Assemble and disassemble furniture when needed Safely operate company vehicles Demonstrate consistent punctuality and reliability Requirements 1+ years moving experience Valid driver's license & clean driving record Prior experience with operating box trucks Ability to lift heavy items using safe handling practices Ability to direct and manage a team of movers while making informed decisions Sense of urgency Attention to detail Our Benefits (after 60-day probation period) Better pay than most moving companies Paid Holidays Paid lunch break 401K (3% match) after 2 years of employment PTO Plan Wholesale furniture discounts Christmas bonus / holiday party Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) Paid sick time Paid time off Paid training Work Location: In person
