Apply to work for a Winter Park institution! Join Home James for our 45th winter! Some of your job requirements include: -Driving to and from the Denver International Airport. Two hours each way, typically with a 45 minute break in between trips. Keep in mind: it gets down to -40 degrees up here! You will need to be willing to work outside for short periods of time, loading and unloading people's bags. -Possible drives around the state. We will get requests for private charters to other ski areas. It is not a requirement that you accept these trips, but it is a nice change to the day-to-day! -Lifting over 50 lbs. Ski bags get pretty big ! You will need to be able to lift large suitcases over your head. -Driving large vehicles that do not require a CDL. Our largest vehicles are Ford Transit vans that hold 15 people. This is under the limit required for a CDL. You will have to pass a drug test (including marijuana), a fingerprinted Background Check, and be cleared for our insurance by pulling a motor vehicle inspection report which will show all historical accidents and incidents. -Driving local transportation. This is our version of a taxi service: we offer on-demand local service on Friday and Saturday nights and holiday weekend Sundays. At least one night each week will be a requirement of the job.
