Job Overview 500 Express INC is a FedEx contractor. We are looking for a part time driver with full time potential hours/miles. The job will run from roughly 845PM to 7 AM. The main days are Thursday Friday and Saturday with flexibility to help cover other days on any given week. Route will pay 1k a week guarantee additional pay per day is 36% of what the route pays 500 Express INC. Drivers currently average $250-350 a night. We are looking for a driver to cover Thursday - Saturday and help cover additional days during the week. Responsibilities Operate and drive tractor-trailers-Doubles and Triples endorsement required. Follow designated routes for deliveries while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe operating condition. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise during transport. Requirements Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record. Proven experience in truck driving with a strong understanding of route driving. Must have 1 year experience in the last 3 or 5 years in the last 10. If you have 6 months experience and went to a truck driving school that will qualify for 1 year experience Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform vehicle inspections. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members. We are a FedEx contractor. Looking for reliable and safe drivers.
