New staff earn $22-$30/hour depending on previous experience. What You'll Do As an Appliance Delivery & Installation Specialist, you'll be responsible for one of the most important parts of our customer's experience: bringing their new appliances into their homes and making sure everything goes smoothly. Your responsibilities will include: Drive a Delivery Truck: Safely operate a company-owned delivery truck (up to 26 feet) to transport appliances to customers' homes. Deliver & Install Appliances: Work with a teammate to deliver, position, and install refrigerators, ranges, dishwashers, washers, dryers, and other major home appliances. Handle Heavy Equipment: Safely move large, heavy appliances using specialized dollies, lifting equipment, and proper handling techniques. Protect Our Customers' Homes: Take care when navigating doorways, stairs, tight spaces, and finished surfaces to prevent damage to customers' property. Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Communicate professionally, answer questions, solve problems, and help create a positive delivery experience. Work Safely & Efficiently: Follow established procedures, use proper equipment, and maintain a strong commitment to safety. Take Pride in Your Work: Complete deliveries and installations accurately, professionally, and with attention to detail. What Makes You a Great Fit?
