Loved & Found is hiring Seasonal Production & Shipping Assistants to join our team for our busiest (and most fun!) time of year! From November through December, our studio is in full holiday mode, with hundreds of beautifully curated gifts being assembled and shipped each day. We're looking for reliable, energetic team members who enjoy hands-on work, staying busy, and being part of a fast-paced team. What You'll Do Assemble gift boxes, arranging products and packaging according to our designs Prep products and packaging for upcoming orders Pack completed gift boxes into shipping boxes Check orders and shipping labels for accuracy Sort and organize outgoing packages and assist with daily carrier pickups Keep production and shipping materials stocked and organized Move inventory and completed gifts throughout the studio Keep workstations clean and running efficiently You'll Be a Great Fit If You: Are dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Enjoy staying busy and working with a sense of urgency Can work quickly without sacrificing quality or accuracy Are comfortable with repetitive, hands-on tasks Enjoy working on your feet, and can lift up to 30 lbs Bring a positive attitude and work well independently and with a team No previous gift production or shipping experience is required. We'll train you! Schedule + Details Location: On-site in Addison, TX Dates: November 16 – December 23 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–4:30 PM (somewhat flexible) Hours: Approximately 20–35+ hours per week Availability: Minimum 3 days per week Pay: $15/hour Consistent weekly availability throughout the holiday season is important.
