We are committed to building long-term partnerships with drivers who are serious about growing their own business Compensation & Benefits: Weekly Earnings: $5,000 – $7,000 Reliable OTR loads across the U.S. Fuel advance + discount cards 24/7 dedicated dispatch & support Breakdown assistance + insurance coverage What We Expect: Must own a 26ft box truck (NO company driver positions available) Minimum 1 year of box truck experience Availability for OTR work (minimum 2+weeks on the road) Strong work ethic and business-oriented mindset Truck model year 2015 or newer preferred MC/DOT Authority (preferred but not required) Responsibilities: Safely operate your box truck on assigned OTR routes Ensure on-time pickup and delivery of freight Communicate effectively with dispatch and brokers Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections Secure cargo and follow all safety regulations Maintain accurate logs and delivery documentation Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $5,000.00 – $7,000.00 per week (gross) Join a company that values professionalism, consistency, and long-term success.
