Hiring Forklift Operator

Hiring Forklift operators Must have experience with counterbalance/Raymond Reach Responsibilities: Safely operate forklifts, Raymond Reach & counter balance to move, load, and unload materials within the warehouse Perform order picking accurately using warehouse management systems (WMS) Assist in inventory management by organizing stock and ensuring proper storage procedures Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure safety and proper functioning Support warehouse distribution activities by preparing shipments and organizing incoming goods Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times Use basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and verifying quantities during order fulfillment Requirements Proven experience operating forklifts, Raymond Reach & counter balance in a warehouse setting Mechanical knowledge related to forklift operation and maintenance Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and order picking procedures Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for inventory counts and measurements Strong attention to safety protocols and procedures Physical stamina for prolonged periods of standing, lifting, and moving materials Valid forklift certification/license preferred but not mandatory; training provided if necessary Pay: From $20.00 per hour Benefits: On-site parking Ability to commute/relocate: Cobourg, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred) Application question(s): Are you available from Monday to Saturday?
