Crafty is growing our Route Merchandiser team based out of our Hayward, CA fulfillment center, and we are looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to join our team.

The Role
Hayward, CA
Responsibilities
This is a high-energy role for people who derive joy from a meticulously organized shelf and positive energy from being around people. Crafty is looking for a Route Merchandiser whose responsibilities will include:
• Merchandising: Take pride in your spaces by owning client’s office kitchens & pantries and highly organized storage rooms.
• Delivery: Successfully complete 5-8 delivery stops during your day where you will safely navigate the loading/unloading of the delivery truck, delivering product directly into our client locations.
• Safe Driving: Safely maneuver one of our box trucks through a route delivering food, beverages, and smiles to our clients. (Valid Driver's license required)
• Customer Service: Engage with our clients and other Crafty team members onsite, delivering the highest quality service
• Maintenance + Inventory: Perform routine maintenance on machines (such as coffee & kegerators), quality control checks, and completion of task lists (inventory, budget)
• Communication: Communicate and escalate any location needs or safety concerns to the Crafty team, and accurately complete pre/post route paperwork
This role is a full-time, hourly role within Crafty supporting our California market.
Schedule Options
• Option 1: Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM (5 shifts, 8 hours each)
• Option 2: Monday to Thursday, 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM (4 shifts, 10 hours each)
• Option 3: Tuesday to Friday, 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM (4 shifts, 10 hours each)
