PAY AND BENEFITS
• $13

-$16.12/hr ($13/hr for a one-day, 1.5-hour orientation)
• W-2 employee, not a contractor — medical, dental, vision, plus short- and long-term disability
• Same Day Pay: get paid today or tomorrow through the Indeed Flex app
• Temp-to-perm opportunity: strong performers may be offered full-time roles with the client
• Monthly increase: earn a $0.10/hr raise every month until you reach the $25/hr pay cap
• Bonus: Earn $125 a week with perfect attendance (equates to $16.12/hr). Ends Nov 8, 2026
• Referral boost: Earn $100 for every referral you give (terms and conditions apply)
Shift Patterns:
• 1st shift: Mon–Fri 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
• 2nd shift: Mon–Fri 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
• 3rd shift: Sunday 9pm - 6am; Mon-Thu 11:30pm - 6am

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Receive cell phone products, unpack and scan them into the system, and pull and put away equipment and parts
• Package, sort, and prep units for production, and perform data entry on a PC while meeting production goals (80% or higher)
WHERE THE WORK IS
The facility is located in Flower Mound, TX, at the same address as the hiring event.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Ability to stand and move for the full shift
• Repetitive handling of small electronic devices
• Frequent PC based data entry
• Fast paced, production goal driven environment
WHAT TO WEAR
Business casual or dress as you would for a job interview: a plain t-shirt with jeans or work pants, and closed-toe shoes.
BRING WITH YOU
• Two forms of ID for I-9: driver's license, plus Social Security card, birth certificate, or passport
• Your bank routing and account number, so we can pay you. No bank account? Tell us when you arrive and we'll figure it out
• Your phone, fully charged
• Headphones or earbuds if you own a pair — we have spares if you don't
