Duties Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a warm and professional first impression as a hostess or waitress Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair Develop beverage recipes and assist in creating new drink menus to enhance guest experience Manage cash transactions accurately, process payments, and handle cash register operations with integrity Maintain knowledge of food safety standards, proper food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service Assist in bar management tasks during shifts, including stock replenishment and cleanliness upkeep Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring satisfaction Support event service such as banquets or catering functions when needed to ensure seamless operations Skills Extensive experience in food service, bartending, or hospitality industry roles with a focus on fine dining or nightlife environments Strong knowledge of spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage development Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced settings such as nightclubs or banquet events Demonstrated customer service excellence with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding for sales transactions and inventory management Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety Experience with restaurant operations including serving, bar management, catering support, or retail math calculations Embark on an exciting journey in hospitality where your enthusiasm makes every guest feel valued!
