High-Roof Cargo Van Delivery Driver – $400/Day Average | Southern California

Job Type: Independent Contractor (1099) Average Gross Pay: $400 per route Schedule: Monday–Sunday | Flexible availability Route Duration: Approximately 8-10 hours Route Mileage: Approximately 150–200 miles per route Job Description We are seeking reliable delivery drivers with their own high-roof cargo van or larger qualifying vehicle for last-mile delivery opportunities throughout Greater Los Angeles and Southern California. Drivers will deliver bulky merchandise, including furniture, e-bikes, and other large packages, to residential and commercial customers. Routes are assigned by geographic service zones to support efficient deliveries. Service Areas We currently serve multiple locations throughout Southern California, including: Los Angeles County: Los Angeles, Santa Monica, Burbank, Glendale, Pasadena, Santa Clarita, and surrounding communities. Orange County: Anaheim, Irvine, Santa Ana, Huntington Beach, and surrounding areas. Inland Empire: Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, Riverside, San Bernardino, Fontana, and surrounding communities. San Gabriel Valley: El Monte, West Covina, Pomona, and surrounding areas. Ventura County: Ventura, Oxnard, Thousand Oaks, and surrounding areas. Santa Barbara County: Santa Barbara and surrounding communities. Primary Pickup Location: Ontario, CA Vehicle Requirements Required: High-roof cargo van or larger qualifying vehicle. Box trucks are welcome. Vehicle must have sufficient cargo space for bulky deliveries. Valid driver's license, current registration, and appropriate vehicle insurance. Hand truck or dolly for loading and unloading. Standard low-roof cargo vans, minivans, and passenger vehicles do not qualify. Physical Requirements Must be capable of safely handling packages averaging approximately 100 lbs , with some packages weighing more. Must be comfortable delivering bulky merchandise such as furniture and e-bikes. Must be able to load, secure, unload, and transport packages safely using appropriate equipment or assistance when necessary. Responsibilities Pick up assigned merchandise from the designated warehouse. Scan, load, and secure packages properly. Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules. Complete deliveries accurately and professionally. Maintain delivery records and proof of delivery. Communicate promptly with dispatch regarding delivery issues or delays.
