High Reach Truck Operator

Job Overview As a High Reach Truck Operator, you’ll keep warehouse operations moving by safely transporting, storing, and retrieving materials. You’ll use a reach truck and other material handling equipment to support order picking, inventory management, and shipping and receiving. This hands-on role calls for careful equipment operation, accurate scanning, and a strong commitment to safety standards. Responsibilities Operate a reach truck, forklift, lift truck, Hi-Lo, pallet jack, and other assigned equipment to load, unload, move, and store materials. Pick and stage orders using barcode scanning and a warehouse management system (WMS); verify items and quantities with basic math. Support warehouse distribution, inventory management, and shipping and receiving by following established workflows. Inspect equipment before use, follow forklift safety protocols and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements, and report damage or hazards. Your impact: Accurate, safe handling helps warehouse teams fulfill orders and move products reliably. Requirements Experience in warehouse operations and material handling equipment operation; reach truck experience is essential. Knowledge of manual handling, heavy lifting, and safety standards in production. Familiarity with order picker, cherry picker, clamp truck, equipment repair, or other heavy equipment operation is preferred. Warehouse management or warehouse supervisor experience is a plus, not required. Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
