HIGH REACH OPERATOR FLEXIBLE HOURS FREEZER

High Reach Operator Transition Shift Pay: $18.00 – $21.00 / hour Shift: Mid-Shift / Flex (Supports transition between opening & closing crews) Location: Pittston, Pa The Role We are seeking a precision-focused High Reach Operator to act as the "bridge" between our morning and evening shifts. This role is critical for maintaining inventory flow in a cold storage environment . You will supplement both teams, adjusting your focus based on production schedules and daily productivity needs. Key Responsibilities Inventory Control: Process, identify, and verify receipts from internal and external sources. Equipment Operation: Safely operate a High Reach truck for precision put-away and retrieval in cold/freezer storage. Tech Tasks: Maintain 100% data accuracy using computer-based inventory systems. Shift Transition: Support the hand-off between opening and closing staff to ensure zero operational lag. Qualifications Experience: Proven High Reach experience (Cold Storage/Freezer experience preferred). Tech Savvy: Excellent computer skills for inventory tracking and verification. Detail Oriented: High level of accuracy in verifying paperwork against physical stock. Adaptable: Able to work a flexible mid-shift schedule based on production volume. Reliable: Proven ability to work unsupervised within a small team.
