performing manual tasks off the lift. Availability to train on a day shift schedule (approximately 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.) for the initial training period.
Responsibilities
• Operate a stand-up high reach forklift safely and efficiently to pick and move orders throughout the warehouse.
• Use primarily Crown stand-up forklifts to complete daily tasks, following all equipment and safety procedures.
• Pick orders accurately and at a pace that consistently meets or exceeds established supervisor quotas.
• Work off the forklift as needed to perform manual order picking, loading, unloading, and related warehouse tasks.
Essential Skills
• 6 months to 1 year of stand-up forklift experience as a minimum qualification.
• Proven ability to operate a stand-up high reach forklift safely and confidently.
• Experience with order picking in a warehouse or distribution environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlisle, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
