Overview We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious High Reach Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team in Middletown, PA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our warehouse operations, ensuring that products are stored and retrieved efficiently and safely. Responsibilities Operate high reach forklifts to move, stack, and retrieve products in a safe and efficient manner. Load and unload materials from trucks and containers, ensuring accuracy and safety. Conduct regular inspections of the forklift to ensure it is in good working condition. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations and improve efficiency. Accurately complete all necessary documentation related to inventory and equipment usage. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Valid forklift operator certification, specifically for high reach forklifts. Proven experience operating high reach forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
