• Proven experience dispatching dry van, reefer, or flatbed
• Strong knowledge of the U.S. trucking market
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Ability to consistently find profitable loads
• Understanding of lanes, rates, RPM and market conditions
• Ability to keep drivers productive and trucks moving
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with brokers and negotiating rates
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of your trucks
• A results-first mindset
