High Performance Ford Parts Sales and Inventory

Overview Join the High Performance Racing team as a self starting Internet pats sales professional. You’ll combine your automotive knowledge with responsive service, accurate order handling, and organized inventory practices. Ford parts system experience is helpful; relevant skills and knowledge are welcome. Duties Generate Internet sales and inventory mangement that supports the racing and cusotmer programs. Assist retail and service customers with parts selection, product questions, and order fulfillment via intenet, chat, by phone and some in-person. Your impact: Accurate recommendations and timely order fulfillment. Process sales and payments using point-of-sale (POS) systems. Maintain inventory through stocking, inventory control, and parts management. Build customer relationships, communicate clearly, and support sales management through organized records. Essential: Customer service, communication, client communication, phone etiquette, organizational skills, sales, retail sales, negotiation, and customer relationship building. Essential: Automotive parts and accessories knowledge, automotive parts sales, auto parts and accessories sales, mechanical knowledge, and familiarity with vehicle systems. Helpful: Automotive diagnostics, mechanical troubleshooting, automotive repair, automotive service, vehicle maintenance, and maintenance knowledge. Helpful: Inventory management, retail, order fulfillment, stocking, POS, and Microsoft Office experience. A great attitude and love for perfomracne products and cars, especially Mustangs is desired.
