Herb Order Puller/Replenishment

Job Summary The Herb Order Puller Replenisher is responsible for picking daily herb & spice orders at the Distribution Center for Natural Grocers. This position is responsible for pulling, boxing, and labeling product for shipment to our stores. This position is also responsible for the daily process of pull bin replenishment. The order puller works together with shipping and other warehouse departments by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to co-workers and fellow team members. Responsibilities 1. Picks daily herb product orders using SAP and RF scanner 2. Responsible for efficiently filling store orders and delivering them to the staging area in a safe and efficient manner 3. Responsible for the completeness and accuracy of all orders filled 4. Determines back stock storage locations for incoming finished goods production orders 5. Performs and confirms all daily replenishment tasks for the herbs 6. Processes additional manual replenishment using SAP 7. Works with Inventory Manager to investigate inventory discrepancies 8. Coordinates with production scheduler to assist Herb production planning 9. Oversees the counting of all herbs during physical inventory 10. All work areas must be kept organized, clean and free of debris. 11. Perform all operations in a manner that promotes safety 12. May be assigned to other warehouse duties as needed Although this is a general outline of job responsibilities all employees are expected to be “hands on” and do whatever it takes to get the job done and make the company thrive. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent is required Prior order pulling / warehouse experience preferred Ability to read, write and speak English clearly and concisely is required Prior experience using SAP preferred Electric pallet jack experience preferred Has good attention to detail; accuracy and thoroughness is a must. Ability to work with others in a fast-paced team environment. Flexibility with working hours to accommodate warehouse needs is required Must be reliable and on time every day Able to work in seasonally warm or cool environment Able to assist in other departments as needed Basic Computer Experience- Data Entry required
