Heavy haul OTR Dispatcher

Job description: Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This position requires strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of logistics processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams. Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule truck routes for long-haul/state to state freight. Monitor driver locations and delivery status. Communicate with drivers, customer, and other departments. Use dispatch software to track shipments and manage paperwork/Samsara program Coordinate/Set up DOTD Overweight & Oversize state permits Use Load Board to schedule out of state freight loads/backhauls Requirements Proven experience in logistics coordination or a similar role is preferred. Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex information effectively. Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate collaboration across teams. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
